A variety of information sessions for students are run regularly throughout the semester. General information sessions are a first step to hear more about the varied opportunities available around the world. They are intended to provide a general overview about how to undertake part of your studies overseas, and get you thinking about where in the world you would like to go.
For this reason they are now known as myWorld First Step sessions and from March 2012 are compulsory for any student wanting to participate in an exchange. You must register and sign off when you attend the session or there will be no record. No application will be accepted if the student has not attended a myWorld First Step session.
Country-specific sessions are also held which provide more detailed information on partner institutions and other opportunities available in that particular country. You should attend one of these sessions whether you know you want to go there or are still considering your options. We are also able sometimes to hold individual partner institution sessions when we have representatives visiting from the institution.
Go on…Move Your World!!
P.S. If you have registered for a session and cannot attend, please log back into the list and remove your booking as the sessions fill up quickly and we would like to offer this space to a student who is able to attend. If a session is listed as "Booked Out" that means it is full and there is no more space. You must choose another time for which to register and attend.
If you cannot see any sessions below, it is because the upcoming sessions have not yet been published. Please continue to keep an eye out on this webpage because they will be published shortly. Note: if (once the sessions are published below) you are experiencing some difficulties and are unable to register, please send your name, username and student number, together with the date and time of your preferred session to email@example.com and we will manually enter your details into the system. Hopefully this problem will be fixed soon. Thank you for your patience.
